Employee Services Team
The Employee Services Team provides support for managers, supervisors, faculty and employees in all areas of employee relations, performance management, UGA HR policies and practices, FMLA and ADA, Onboarding/orientation and Exit Interviews, and general benefits information. The team provides training and development for supervisory skills, People Skills, effective communication programs, and Navigating Conflict, as well as assistance with Teacher’s Retirement and insurance orientation for employees and retirees. We support all members of the CAES community, including the multiple campus locations, statewide Extension, and the various Research and Education Centers. Employee services for CAES are directed by Sherri Gooch.
