Employee Services
The Employee Services Team provides support for managers, supervisors, faculty and employees in all areas of employee relations, performance management, UGA HR policies and practices, FMLA and general benefits information. The team provides training and development for supervisory skills and the People Skills effective communication program, as well as assistance with Teacher’s Retirement, Federal Retirement and insurance counseling for employees and retirees. Employee services for CAES are directed by Lee Motsinger.
